The Denver conference will showcase the latest innovations across the TimeSuite platform—spanning project management, estimating, on-screen takeoff, accounting, field operations, CRM, task management, and document control—designed to streamline construction workflows from the office to the field.

Attendees will experience major advancements across the TimeSuite platform, organized around five core innovation areas:

 

Field & Production Operations – Enhanced geo-enabled timecards, production capturing and reporting, improved scheduling (Gantt, resource, calendar), mobile capabilities, and streamlined crew and daily log management designed to increase field productivity and visibility.

 

Project Management & Collaboration – Expanded tools for RFQs, bid packages, change orders, cost-plus and progress billing, task management, document control (RFIs, submittals, plans, punch lists), certificate-based signatures, and integrated email/calendar connectivity to improve communication and project control.

Estimating & Preconstruction – Improvements to estimating, on-screen takeoff, recurring transactions, and production unit tracking to enhance accuracy and forecasting from bid through completion.

 

Platform Enhancements & System Connectivity – New Dialog, Feed, and Sub-Grid facilities; upgraded reporting tools; improved notifications with automated scheduling; enhanced document management; Outlook/Google/Apple integrations; text messaging with screen sharing and ticketing; import tools; CRM; and property management functionality — all designed to create a seamless centralized system.
